Low Sweets
Type: UI UX
Low Sweets is a start up. Started by a biologist whose family, as herself, have struggled with diabetes turned their challenge into a huge triumph by creating scrumptious low-sugar treats that mimic the tast of decadent cakes, smoothies, and creamy chocolates. Turning new habits of healthy eating into a delicious adventure. I created an on-line application to compliment their already existing website, www.lowsweets.com. Keeping their established color palette and photography the application favours their wholesale side of the business.

The Challenge
Design a user friendly digital experience for everyday consumers focusing on wholesale businesses. The applicaton should be easy to use for businesses, and feel as personal as if you are being guided by a live customer service representative.
The Outcome
By leveraging insights from previous interactions, through the integration of ChatGBT, an intelligent search tool integrated into the application, delivering personalised snack suggestions, as well as food pairings to use with your Low Sweets products.
Businesses often struggle with pairing their complimentary products to use with their main purchases. The overwhelming number of options today can lead to hours of browsing and feeling paralyzed to purchase. To address these challenges and create a satisfying user experience, the use of ChatGBT within the application ensures each recommendation is customised to each business buying products for their stores. ChatGBT pulls this information from an exclusive Low Sweets database. This private data base accesses products and recipes and new Low Sweets products, used and tested by Low Sweets to ensure the best tastsing pairings.
